Terms of Service

inrayjobs is run by InRay Labs Private Limited, 10/197/A FALAK, Neerkunnam, Alappuzha Medical College, Ambalappuzha, Kerala 688005, India. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who can use the site

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must give accurate information about yourself and, if you are an employer, about your company and your jobs.
  • One account per person or company. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens on your account.

Rules for candidates

  • Your resume, CV and job requests must be true and about you.
  • Do not post anyone else’s personal details.
  • Applying for a job is free, and always will be. If anyone asks you to pay to apply for a job you found here, tell us.

Rules for employers

  • Post only real openings at your own company, with honest titles, salaries and descriptions.
  • No discriminatory listings, no misleading listings, and no jobs that charge the job seeker a fee.
  • Use applicants’ details only to consider them for the job they applied for.
  • You can edit a job for 1 day after posting and close it any time.

Jobs from our partners

Many listings come from job feeds run by our partners. Those listings belong to the original employer. We link out to the employer’s own site, where you apply directly. We never see your application for a feed job, and we are not responsible for the content of the employer’s site or for whether the job is still open.

What we do not promise

We do not promise that you will find a job, get an interview, or hire anyone. Listings can close or change without notice. We try to keep the site up and accurate, but it is provided “as is”, without guarantees.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the site — for example a missed application, a listing that turned out to be closed, or a deal between you and another user. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law says cannot be limited.

Ending accounts

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, posts false or discriminatory listings, or misuses the site. You can delete your own account at any time — write to hello@inraylabs.com.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above will change, and big changes will be flagged on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be settled in the courts at Alappuzha, Kerala.
